About Our Host
Maddison is the Senior Director of Medical Education at Osmosis from Elsevier, where she leads content strategy and curriculum development for their medical education products. She holds a medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a master’s in clinical anatomy from Western University in Canada—where her passion for medical education first began. Maddison joined Osmosis in 2019 to lead their assessment team, developing a strong interest in board-style question design for formative assessment, and validation through quantitative item analysis. She has also led multiple USMLE prep webinar series, helping students navigate their exam journey with confidence. With years of experience teaching future healthcare professionals, Maddison brings both deep expertise and enthusiasm to every session.
