En <strong>PACES <\/strong>puis en cursus de <strong>kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie<\/strong>, il est difficile d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender les imbrications des structures anatomiques, notamment les os fins, les<strong> trajectoires musculaire<\/strong>s, les ganglions et la localisation pr\u00e9cise des points d\u2019insertion. La plateforme <strong><em>Complete Anatomy<\/em> <\/strong>lui a permis de combler ces lacunes, en lui offrant une <strong>visualisation immersive et pr\u00e9cise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visualisation en 3D limit\u00e9e<\/strong> : Les sch\u00e9mas en plans et les mod\u00e8les physiques ne lui permettaient pas de voir la disposition r\u00e9elle des os fins du cr\u00e2ne, des structures articulaires ou des muscles profonds, ce qui compliquait sa compr\u00e9hension spatiale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manque d\u2019outils interactifs pour la dissection virtuelle<\/strong> : La difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 isoler, couper ou explorer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment certaines zones emp\u00eachait une compr\u00e9hension fine et progressive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre les trajectoires musculaires et ligamentaires<\/strong> : Elle avait du mal \u00e0 visualiser comment les muscles s\u2019ins\u00e8rent, comment ils se d\u00e9placent lors de l\u2019articulation, ou encore comment les ligaments stabilisent les structures, notamment au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9paule ou de la t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Complexit\u00e9 dans l\u2019apprentissage des syst\u00e8mes physiologiques<\/strong> : La compr\u00e9hension des syst\u00e8mes vasculaires, nerveux, et leur relation avec les structures musculaires \u00e9tait difficile \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender en raison du manque d\u2019un support visuel dynamique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete Anatomy a permis \u00e0 Lilou de surmonter ces obstacles par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La manipulation d\u2019un mod\u00e8le 3D interactif<\/strong>, o\u00f9 elle pouvait tourner, zoomer et visualiser dans tous les plans, en particulier pour les structures fines ou profondes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter ou d\u2019enlever les couches<\/strong> (muscles, ligaments, syst\u00e8mes vasculaires), pour \u00e9tudier la relation entre structures et comprendre leur action en mouvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La recherche instantan\u00e9e pour localiser rapidement<\/strong> un muscle, un os ou un ligament pr\u00e9cis, \u00e9vitant ainsi de manipuler manuellement tout le mod\u00e8le.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La visualisation des mouvements articulaires et musculaires<\/strong>, ce qui lui permettait de comprendre comment les muscles agissent lors de la flexion ou de l\u2019extension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des vid\u00e9os explicatives et des coupes transversales <\/strong>pour approfondir la compr\u00e9hension du syst\u00e8me vasculaire, nerveux, et des points d\u2019insertion musculaires, en particulier lors de la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 des examens exigeants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des r\u00e9sultats significatifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lilou a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 sa compr\u00e9hension spatiale<\/strong>, notamment pour des structures complexes comme le cr\u00e2ne, le syst\u00e8me respiratoire, ou les muscles profonds de l\u2019\u00e9paule, ce qui lui a permis d\u2019assimiler plus vite et plus profond\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Son temps de pr\u00e9paration aux examens a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit<\/strong>, puisqu\u2019elle pouvait acc\u00e9der rapidement \u00e0 une visualisation pr\u00e9cise et interactive, \u00e9vitant de longues recherches ou la m\u00e9morisation par coeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sa performance d&rsquo;apprenant s\u2019est aussi am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/strong>, comme en t\u00e9moignent ses r\u00e9sultats, qu\u2019elle estime avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 boost\u00e9s par cette m\u00e9thode plus concr\u00e8te et immersive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enfin, elle envisage <strong>une utilisation future de cette technologie pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients<\/strong>, notamment pour expliquer la kin\u00e9 maxillo-faciale en raison de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter l\u2019anatomie sous
