She holds a medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a master\u2019s in clinical anatomy from Western University in Canada\u2014where her passion for medical education first began. Maddison joined Osmosis in 2019 to lead their assessment team, developing a strong interest in board-style question design for formative assessment, and validation through quantitative item analysis. She has also led multiple USMLE prep webinar series, helping students navigate their exam journey with confidence.
